It's a good stay, room is comfortable, all staffs are well and helping, dining is very good, all well. It's a good stay, everything is up to mark, good cleaness, tasty food, all staffs are well disciplined and helpful, everything is perfect.

No difficulty in finding the location of the hotel as it is nearby light house and sea facing. Quality of food is excellent but at a higher price. Not accepting credit card payment.

Staying in hotel golden palace rivera puri is good for the following reasons- 1) it's on the front of the beach 2) hotel staff is very good 3) food in the hotel restaurant is good 4) hotel rooms are good but need some improvement

Location is great. Food is good. A beautiful cafe is in the campus which is edge over other properties in this location. Mattresses and pillow are not upto standard.

Services are good, food quality excellent, staff are very friendly. But the rooms are small and the maintenance is not so good. This hotel is overpriced. Furthermore, taking 500 rupees for the missing key is not justified. The best part is that this hotel has a world class cafeteria where foods and beverages are available at a very reasonable price.

Once I searched the Hotel Golden Palace, Puri in Google all the things are visible for Hotel golden palace only. and in the lower section, all the pricing Booking.com etc were showing only prices for this hotel. Once I have clicked me to golden palace riviera and I booked this one. After reaching the property, I discussed but they refused to help me. The results ruin my holiday due to such a mistake ZERO STAR for YOUR service.

Tariffs are too high compared to property. Average room and amenities.

Not value for money. Tariffs are too high. You will get much better property than this. Breakfast and food are not good at all

Rooms and service was ok. But the hotel did not have any facility to pay by credit card which is very very difficult in these days. Every day, i kept asking them to repair their credit card machines, they did not. I could not have my meals in the hotel due to lack of credit card facility. I had to go to swargadwar all the time to eat meals. Very disappointed

Check in was during power outage. The electricity was not there for a long time thereafter. Proper amenities was not provided for 3 person even when booking was for three i. E. Towels, soap, glasses etc.

Ac wasn't working in room. They changed the room. That room was also smelly. Ac of that room was also not working well. The restaurant cafe beside is open for all. Overall very high rates as compared to facilities offered. I would rate the property 2stars.
