This hotel has good service. Neat and clean. Good and hygienic food. Service of hotel is quick. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very co operative. Room is very beautiful.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

Location is very near to MDU. Service, food and rooms are amazing.
I will visit again, hospitality was amazing. Food was delicious. Go and enjoy.

Rooms were good and also the location was easily accessible. Apart from that the staff was really cooperative and also was quick at their jobs. I recommend it for single travellers more than the couples.

Normal hotel of this class ... Newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a Hampton I have experienced. Fresh fruit in addition to all the other hot and cold it

Just stayed there with family for a night

Service was decent. But room had some cockroaches in it and bedsheets were not clean other than that we just went there for sleep so we slept and came back so not much to discuss. But I have written my experience for my small stay over there.

Location is good. Reasonable service. Decently spacious and the staff was cooperative. Price wise reasonable and but room was big, neat and clean. Quality and quantity of food was provided in breakfast was okay. Just a satisfactory experience and stay in hotel.

Noisy, no sound proof, staff talking

Not good, rooms are not sound proof, after telling staff, still no response. Food quality was normal. Heater was switched of by staff without asking people. Construction noise also present.
