Review Of Hotel Golden Tower

The location of the property is very good. However, it's an average property...clean and close to Golden Temple. But we had to face problems regarding hot water. It took ages for hot water to come. The rooms are average at best. But if going only for Golden Temple, then this hotel is fine.

Hotel is at best location no doubt walking distance to golden temple and Overall living exprience in room is great money they are charging is for location which is really fruitful

It is excellent overall. Most importantly it is just few metres away from the golden temple. Staff is good & polite.

The room has seepage on walls and smelly when you enter the room. The reception person even misbehaved on the day of check out as well. It was literally a very bad experience of this hotel. My guest was very disappointed.

Very badly managed property with dirty rooms and soiled linen. Taps and ac units continuously leaking. No hot water available in room. Request to extend check out time by an hour was denied though request for same was made thru mm t at time of booking and the entire property was vacant except for our group. Mm t shall lose its reputation if properties like these are promoted as excellent properties. Shall never visit nor recommend this property to anyone again.

We had booked our stay at this property through mm t as they had written great reviews on it. Found it to be all lies and mm t probably took lot of benefits from the hotel to give them the high rating. The property is pathetic with rooms that are dirty, linen that is soiled, tv sets that are just hanging with no connectivity, washrooms with no hot water in october end days, rooms with no plug points working. Everything that can go wrong with any hotel room goes wrong here. We stayed in room no. 205, which supposedly is their super dlx room but it was worse than a dorm. The staff at the reception is totally unresponsive to your needs and answers any and all requests with a staple answer that the management does not allow this. There is no management person or supervisor available either. Advise all travelers not to stay at the golden towers, amritsar, even for an hour. Obviously shall never go back there nor recommend.

1. Rooms are a bit cramped and there is less space between led tv mounted on wall and bed. 2. Lights are malfunctioning at room no. 301

hotel golden tower is very good and nearby to golden tower so very easy to reach and very nice location, view also very good from room thanks. room service also good, cleaning proper and nice amenities, lift is also available for up and down so overall is very good.

Rooms are too small even for upper categories. A lot of seepage on walls, tata sky will not be working as the hotel want to save money on recharge of tv set top box(tata sky. Not the value for money

Hotel is. Near to gurudwara sahab, good for those who want to visit market and gurudwara in close vicinity. Staff was polite ! eatables in room are chargeable ! breakfast was average !

They have kept snacks at the room , taken 2 cashew nuts and charged 310. When gave him 400 he kept saying rest my tip haha. I said bhai will do gpay return back😂😂😂. Rooms are dirty , washroom has dirty water , chemical smell all the time, no safety. Late night person fighting loudly for some prices etc. no assistance for small babies, you need to carry your luggage by your own but charge is full. Per room charged and total 2 rooms

If you have a child with you then you won't get milk after 10pm and before that time if you ask for anything they forget and then you have to call the reception again to remind, also hygiene issue is there, bathrooms are low quality rooms are very much smaller, my wife slipped in bathroom because of shower area is too lower than the other portion of bathroom it is not visible that there is something very down and you will get confused with that portion. So yes, a lot of issues are there in the property and it is not a 3 star it is a normal hotel, that's it, hotel abode is better than this, i went there aswell, but this time, i did mistake by booking this hotel. Horrible

Food quality is not good, no parking facility, rooms are in bad condition

Property is on very good location but not well maintained ac was not working and staff was not cooperative.

Location of the hotel is ideal considering it’s vicinity to golden temple and jalianwala bagh. But during our stay, we found hotel services to be extremely slow. We had to wait for 2 hours for dinner. Other services like cleaning was also very slow. Hotel should be work on improving on this factor. That would be all. I have covered my review in above post.

Location is good. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit golden temple & jallianwala bagh. But stay is average.

It was nice stay, good for solo and family members to spend quality time.

Rooms are so narrow, staff was not trained well shower accessories was not given, room bar was not filled, to expensive as compared to rooms
