Hello .. I am Sagar patel .. My Family Go To mount Abu trip & stay in Golden Veena Hotel .. Hotel Room Very Clean & also Location is Very nice .. Hotel Staff & Managar Helping Nature .. My Family Chek in Time 12:Am but My Family Reach Hotel at 7Am So Hotel Staff Manage 1Room For my Family to Fresh up .. So very Hep ling Person in This Hotel

Room was great. Service was great. Location is the best. Staff is supportive very much. I liked my stay. Rooftop for lunch and dinner available so we can enjoy it with mount view.

Very best Hotel, according to rates, but food is very costly compared to outside. There is some problem like sometimes electricity goes out but still they have generators, then also AC doesn't work in that period. Otherwise overall it's good.

Hotel is good staff also good location is very good but so many difficulties are coming to stay this hotel WiFi is not available food quality is may good but they are not supported to MMT customer, they are servicing his own customer

I stay in this hotel but as per images and quality this hotel is not good as per expectations this not good look like expectation some things are not good and working in this room like electric switch board, service is very slow of staff

The hotel is in front of a very dirty river which smells like a gutter. Hotel rooms are directly on the road. The name sake restaurants is on a small corner whre they dry their clothes on rope. I would not recommend to stay here.

Hotel stay is not valued for money spent. And the hospitality is not ok for the money spent. We found small snack in the bathroom.

In the photos it was shown the best and the price was high for such a room, it wasn't up to the mark as shown in photos there was no facilities as given too, hope it doesn't happen for the next time I book a room, hope you look into this situation waiting for the reply

1. The hotel has the worst service i ever experienced 2. Final bill has so many flaws which could frustrate you while checking out 3. The behavior of the owner is not at all hospitable even after overcharging for the items like tooth-kit or ice which should be of no charge and if they are, it should be notify in advance 4. I do not have an option of giving it zero star. 5. I regret booking this hotel. Hope i could change my decision and get my money back

Location was too far from market place, property was totally damaged externally. Hot water was just until 10 am. During last day of check out they switched off the air condition at 9am itself and were rude to vacate the property by 9 am.

Hotel doesn't provide the hot water for whole day. You only gets the water from 7. 30am morning to 9. 30pm. Rooms are okay. The plain chapati price is 20rs in Hotel & outside you can easily get the chapati Max in 12rs.
