They called us to find about our arrival, guided us from the railway station, made food available at 11 pm, had painted a very welcoming picture of Amritsar and it's people.

The hotel manager was very nice, cooperative and well behaved person.
The room was quite fine in all. Room service was excellent.

Room we're not ready when we reached, they stink, hot water geyser was not working, didn't get to see the manager till it was time for my checkout. Closest to my destination was the highlight along with it being close to the local market Rest was pretty average about the hotel, the hotel is actually inside a petrol pump station

The stay was not worth the amount paid- location was inside the petrol pump - the room was not clean and very unhygienic- no electric switches were working i was not able to charge even my phone

My experience is not good with the hotel. They will taken my Mobile charger and power bank from the bag. Please take some action against them The people in the hotel is thief. They will taken my Mobile charger and power bank & the owner of the hotel does not accept the same. Please take some action against the hotel. My experience is not good the hotel management at last time.
