vary disgusting hotel, not providing towel for bath, I booked non AC room but cooler is not properly working and when changing the cooler time was 11.30 pm yesterday. balti and mug are vary dirty and not clean. shower is not working. staff is vary misbehaving.

Hotel rate charged from your side was quite high.Staff cooperation from hotel side not good.Extra mattress not provided initially but later provided with hottalk argument.Overall the stay was not at all satisfactory.

All was good but room size is too small & not proper clean. And if i go offline booking then same room i taken in only 800 rupees but in mmt price is too much high. Its double rate. Worst app mmt for booking hotel.

Very bed location and very worst hotel service no kitchen at hotel and rooms are worst condition it's look like lodge type.

The receptionist lacked proper manners in dealing with customers. Despite booking a deluxe ac room, i was only given a basic ac room where the ac was set at a fixed temperature and the fan operated very slowly. Consequently, i had a difficult time sleeping and felt exhausted throughout the night. I would not recommend anyone to choose hotel goodluck based on my worst experience during my entire hotel journey.

The a/c doesn't work properly it automatically maxes out even after putting it to minimum. The shower is also not functioning properly!

Convenient location. Near to station. Did not have problem on finding.

Stay was so and so, location was good but cleanliness and amenities were not up to mark.

Very rude hotel staff. Do not care about complaint of the customer.
