Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and males customer feel welcome. Tha bed was extremely comfortable. Tha room was spacious and clean. very near to karol bagh metro station

Mr amit ( front desk person) was very polite and helpful, it was a great experience. Amit was always available for any kind of need we had. Room was clean and big and not at all congested.

My stay and experience was good. Staff was very polite and courteous. Rooms were clean and tidy. Check out and check in was easy and also location of hotel is good as it is centre of karol bagh amarket

In the middle of shopping street, behind metro station. Availability of food, shops and metro. Nice area. Plus decent room, not bad. Stayed for a day, so cleaned room. Network problem was there but provided by wifi when asked.

My one-night stay at the hotel was quite good. All the staff members including manager were very supportive with friendly nature. However there is some need of improvisation firstly the lift (elevator) is too old and not functioning properly requires to be repaired. Bathroom accessories seems to be old, shower and flash in the bathroom was not working.
