Comfortable hotel stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location, and relaxing amenities.

Nice and clean rooms we came for Yatra with family and friends we booked 6 rooms enjoyed stay here very good service provided by them

This hotel is exceedingly unsatisfactory; you should contemplate removing the MMT value stay. Please take note of the following points: 1) The fans are not operating properly; one fan was not functioning adequately. 2) The mattress, bedsheets, and blanket were replete with unpleasant odors. 3) The room was exceedingly dusty; dust was present everywhere, including the electrical board, mosquito repellent, telephone, etc. 4) The room was not in acceptable condition. 5) The bathroom was not in acceptable condition; the bathtubs were not functioning properly.

Dirty bed sheet and pillow with a filthy smell. Terrible toilet. Poor room service. Requesting MakeMyTrip to remove hotel gopal Dwarika from its list.

Property location is good. Hotel’s Restaurant was closed. Service and cleanliness is average. Water quality was not good.

all are things good. Room is also clean…..but staff support is 7 out of 10 .And overall good accommodation

while entering in rooms bedsheets were dirty,room was stinging small flies were roaming in room done complain but no response

Room were not clean . Bathroom equipment not working fully and very small room for family. Even staff was not polite

this hotel was just 10 min walk from main temple , amenities and services of the hotel were good except that they didn't provide kettle. good thing is they provided me with a bigger room as soon as I requested and eating options were great around this property 😁😁👍👍

Location best near temple but staff behaviour is not good not supportive,no mineral water bottle provide on this price..

Clean room, Good facilities. The checkout time is mentioned as 12 in MMT but the hotel reception want us to do the check out at early. (They want check out at 9.30 am).

The room i was given had multiple issues. Broken furnitures, dripping commode, unclean bathroom. Then i requested to change the room. I had booked a 4 bed room but i given a 2 bed room. Basically you don't get for what you pay for. I recommend don't book in this hotel at any cost. Worst experience ever.

No courtesy to ask the guests. They did not have a restaurant. The bathroom was pathetic. No travel desk. The person. Did not guide us for any tourist spot

The hotel was very nice, and I had a great time. I went with my family for a temple visit, and the hotel staff was as friendly as family. The temple is just a 5-minute walk from there, making it very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thanks!
