Food quality, food service, and room service required to be upgraded, hotel rooms are good and clean

no clean water to drink. They will not provide facility until you ask like - TV recharge, dental kit, towel etc.

I have asked a shaving kit but i didn’t received..and every hotel giving a buffer of time to chekout but they forcing us to checkout on time otherwise asking us to pay Rs 450 charges for delay checkout..breakfast was included in my tariff, on first day i asked them to bring our breakfast in room as my partner was having fever and she didn’t go to the restaurant but they denied to bring breakfast in room that why i am giving average rating

I took the superior deluxe room. Excellent room, very neat and clean with all amenities. Honestly, one of the best stays at very affordable prices. Struggled a bit with the staff though, but nothing deal breaker

The location was good, the hotel staff were also generous in nature, and the rooms were well clean, services were so good , I would love to stay here again.

given the price i paid for the hotel it was a pleasant stay. this place is located at the heart of market at udaipur and is an excellent choice for people who come for business. the room as we entered gave us a very pleasant fragrance of lemon grass which made our day. the glasses, tea kit wss intact and neatly placed. the bed linen at the outside looked neat but when we uncovered it had yellow spots at few places which was a bit of concern for us. there was no mineral water given to us at all and we were given RO water only. this was abit disappointing. we did not eat food at this place but had tea anf it tasted normal given the price. but the taste definitely has room for improvement. the bathrooms were neat and clean but the shower tap was leaking and so was the jet and needed attention. all in all it was a good experience
