Ok. Room was old. The room was smelling from dust. The bed and cambal was not clean. No lift facilities. No towel and shops provided in the room.

Ok. No where it looks any star properties, who at mmt has checked this property, very poor, every time i have to call the owner, though he is helpful but ah. I think your team hadn't done property due diligence while boarding this hotel, it's 1955 property and shall we developed as heritage property with some investments, but my this trip is very bad specially night duty waiter.

Its prison not hotel

Worst experience ever. It looks like damaged property. No one was there at reception for 20 mins. Rooms were dirt and ugly with no room service no lift phone not working and no one to attend you. Its not a hotel its a prison. You could book to punish yourself.
