Very nice hotel. I suggest to all people that when they will go Mathura. They have to stay in this hotel. Staffs are very cooperative nature. Very peaceful place. The hotel is located within 1 km from Mathura Junction. That is easy to move from Mathura Junction Station. The cleanliness is up to the mark and hotel staff are moderately trained. I have booked with AC/cooler facility, but they did not provide this facility. They told me they couldn't provide it, because it was the October month. Without this item, was more or less good w.r.t. money.

Condition of bath was not good. One side wall was having moisture. Curtains were very in very bad condition. Tv was not functional at all.

Thre is no facilities which they shown service like bad warm water even they don't have drinking filtered water to drink where customer has to purchase bottal for drink water

hotal staff is good and helpful and supportive hotal room comfort for two or three persons but four persons like two children are above 7 years you need extra bed then you fill comfort

Room was not clean. Broken washbasin. Unclean bathroom. U can turn fan off as it is connected through main line and if u turn it off. Whole room electric supply gets turned off
