not a good experience rooms are not clean, The AC was making noise,Even the workers there were making noise.

Our experience of staying there was very bad. The room was very bad. No cleaning was done properly and no staff was there properly and no breakfast was provided properly.

I had the worst experience at goyal, we booked just one room, at the time of checkout they started asking for 2 rooms, the room was filled with dampness and moisture on walls, white fungus on pillow and dust all over the room in glasses and side tables. washroom was really small and no toiletries provided

Rooms are not clean. Badly smell in rooms. Beds are not comfortable the bed was small but the mattress was big. And toilets are in terrible condition

Location of hotel is centralized and very peaceful. Behaviour of Owner & Front Office Manager is politeful. Hygiene is also good. I would like to visit this hotel again. Thanks

It was a very bad experience. There was no breakfast or food facility. I even had to purchase a water bottle outside the hotel, as they did not provide mineral water.

the room they have provided was very dirty and dusty. I had to call a person and they cleaned the room once again. the bedsheet was dirty and that also needed to change. when it comes to food I asked for the menu, the person brought a menu which was like coming from dustbin and by seeing that I cancel my plan to have food there and I go out for food and nearby there is a good restaurant where I had my dinner. The TV was also not working and the worst part, the hotel was not having water bottles. they give tap water for drinking. The location was also not appropriate for family purposes. please don't go there.

Location was good. Near railway station, bus station. But room not clear, staffs behaviour awarge.

very worst stay as the room is stinky, not possible to stay there for even 1 hour, coackroches are roaming here and there on ground & bed. terrible stay so immediately got checked out, as the don't have any other room available. waste of money.
