Reached at 11pm, no drinking water and glasses provided. No room services, no bill is issued during checkout.

The proper door locker problem & there was no complementary tooth brush & soap towel should be provided, there was no proper service

Wash room is very dirty tv is not working

When we reached nothing was done up apart from the bed. All dusty and dirty, had to get it cleaned again. Non a/c rooms don't have a geyser, tv doesn't work. Mosquitoes heavily prevalent. Bad service too, water not provided in rooms. All in all seems like a drunkard's den, not for families at all.

I was travel-led for personal purpose and gps residency is good for stay

Hotel is relatively new and clean-ish. Attention to detail is completely missing. Similar hotels are available in the vicinity for literally half the price.
