It was an experience worth every penny. Actually i don't invest so much for a room that lasts for 1 night. But this was affordable, well connected to everything, like the spots, market, restaurants, medical, etc. The staff right from the security to the house keeping all made us feel homely. Yes, of course there was a language barrier to some extent but hindi and english was our medium of communication. The reception desk and security person helped us with getting cabs and local auto to commute to spots. And at last talking about the rooms they were heavenly beautiful and clean. Because of this comfort i would like to come here once again in the future. Thank you for contributing and being a part of our wonderful trip to cochin.

The hotel is situated in a very good near location near the alleppey main market area. The cleanliness was top notch and food of their restaurant was really very good. An excellent stay at this price.

I found this property through makemytrip. Com. Rooms were super clean and fresh. Services also too good. Food from their rice pot pure veg restaurant. Good and quality food.

Our deluxe room at the grand alleppey was neat & clean and the room size was also adequate for a family of 3 (2 adults + 1 toddler. We only experienced the issue of water getting accumulated on the entrance of the bathroom as the bathroom floor’s levelling was not proper. The hotel has a pure veg multi-cuisine restaurant *rice boat* which serves quality food. We tried a few south indian dishes like lemon rice, curd rice, dosa, idli & medu vada. All these preparations were tasty. The hotel is located in the heart of the alleppey town. It is just 2 kms away from the alleppey beach. Overall, our stay at the property was a pleasant one.

We booked our 3 rooms about 3 months before but we were given one room on first floor and other two rooms on third floor

Rooms size is good enough for 3 pax. Bedsheet and linen quality is good. Toilatries are good. Location of hotel is good within centre of town. Food quality needs improvement. Complimentary breakfast offered don't have any fresh cooked option and not have options.

Pleasant stay. Clean rooms. Nicecstaff. Excellent vegetarian restaurant. Excellent location. All amenities in walking distance. Has ample parking. Will stay there again. Satellite tv was not easy to operate. Did not get any malayalam channels.

Stay was comfortable. Staff are couteous and friendly. Rooms are well maintained with amenities. Breakfast is excellent. Thali was not available therefore personally did not get the taste and flavour in north indian menu as desired. Service quality is good. Overall you get the value of your money.

The property is centrally located. Food has a lot of good variety in vegetarians only. The quality of food is hi fen-ix and superb. The rooms have all modern amenities available in room. The rooms are spacious and full of light -natural. The staff is courteous n supportive

Hotel grand alleppey has given us a decent room. The drainage system of the bathroom has to be improved. Overall experience was good.

My review is very honest. Because i am from out of kerala. Here room size good. Not working tv. Bathroom leaking and smelling. Attached foodies with room is most worst part of the hotel. Don't have buffet for dinner also not for breakfast. Very limited food for both dinner and breakfast like vada & dosa. Here only veg food. I will not recommend to any one as you can get good facilities and option form other hotel. Wastage of money.
