The worst property i've ever stayed.. No cleaning non responsible management team.... I'll never ever stay in grand canyon ... & the worst person of the hotel was the manager .....

Terrible experience. Room and bathroom condition very poor. Food is good. Service not up to the level.

My recent dinner order was a truly disappointing experience. The rice was incredibly pathetic, and the Manchurian with gravy had an off-putting smell. This was far from the quality I expect.

The hotel bathroom was literally there was no water coming from the tabs. I was in half of my shower, and I have to get out and call them. That was really unfair.

I am not very much aware of the city& my stay was very short. I would not be able to say much about the location.Food was tasty but to me but costly. Facilities excellent.

I HAVE BOOKED ELITE ROOM WITH BATHTUB BUT THE DOOR OF THE ROOM IS NOT CLOSING SO WE JUST ASK TO CHANGE THE ROOM SO THEY PROVIDE ROOM WITHOUT BATHTUB I HAD CONSIDERD ITS OK BUT THERE IN NO PHONE WORKING EVEN THE MOBILE NO. Room are not clean I have change total three room but not any room are clean toilet are very bad smell . I will suggest don't go this hotel

Room that I booked was not proper. Balcony door is defective. After that another room provided to me that also not good water leakage is there in that room. Bedsheet was not changed...lots of hair was there in bedsheet..
