Very sub-stand hotel and room. I did not expect this from makemytrip. They were a lot of services and amenities missing as published on makemytrip for example no vending machine washing machine kitchen and dry clean service, torch were provided. Air conditioning remote was not functional. There was no newspaper or umbrellas. There was no tv working in the room and no bathroom slippers were provided. No toileteries were provided. Bathroom was very dirty and there were lot of spots. Overall it's look like a very shady hotel and young unmarried couples would be more interested to so-end few hours here. Big no no for family. And i won't recommend anyone to stay here.

The stay in hotel grand eagle was not good, bathroom are smell, wash basin broken water is not coming, toilet is not clean, water bottle were charged, ro water supplied and we had health issues. Tv channel connection was given last day before night we check out. Staff are slow. No geyser facility. Overall bad experience. The amount e we paid is too much. We came on 22nd 2am actually the flight was cancelled. They charged for water bottle. We paid rs. 80 when we check out. Kindly do not refer this hotel to others. Kindly refund our money. It's hard earned. Not satisfied with the stay. Hotel grand eagle room no 205 My husband got health issues. Kindly discount. Now we are going to travel to chennai. What is thr to take pics. Before we check out if we got the message we would have got pics.

#located in a corner with no facilities around. #took complimentary breakfast but their breakfast begins only at 8am unlike other hotels where it begins at 7am normally, so could not eat breakfast on any of the days as i had to leave for work by 8am. # room was so so hygiene wise however, bathroom was very dirty, there was vomit in the sink. # hotel does not even have basic first aid kit, had severe loose motion due to their food but they could not even provide a medicine and a packet of electrolyte for it. # staff keep sleeping inside, no one is there to assist even till 8 am.

Very un hygiene, no room freshness smell even no water in toilet, and also this hotel at industrial area. Totaly un safe. Waste of money or useless.
