Hotel was good, ample parking facilities available, neat and clean rooms, loads of restaurants available nearby if you want to dine outside. They allowed us to check-in 1 hr early at 200rs/hour.

Location is so good at the centre of the city. Very neat room and bathroom facilities. Very tasty breakfast with many choices. Ample car parking. Totally worth for money.

I stayed with my family in hotel grand galaxy during jun e 23. I would say it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was really polite, professional and supportive. The hotel itself is really nice, neat and clean. The food in the hotel is also fresh and tasty. Upon my recommendation my uncle also booked the same hotel for a short stay. Keep up the good work and all the very best!

The room was good, bathroom clean. The staff was good and very helpful in providing items when asked. Some of the items in the room were damaged (kettle) but were replaced as soon as we asked. Overall good.

Very good. The staff were very helpful. Though we had a small glitch on the first day of arrival, our room was not available. They organised with another good hotel and the next day they shifted us to their hotel. At their cost.
