The stay at the hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay over there and looking forward to spend some more time whenever we visit again. The view from the top was incredible and it was very affordable. I really enjoyed it.

No kitchen, no crockery. View was good. Service was good. Polite behavior of staff. Public transport was not there directly to the hotel from railway station. No lift. I have ordered lunch from menu in the hotel but they delivered food with paper plates.

Location is easily reachable and it is near to laxman jhula, Room was good,neat and clean. Service is also good

The room was good. My stay was good. The hotel location is excellent in terms of nearness to public parking, market area, and lakshman jhula. Negatives: no intercom in room. Food or tea had to be ordered from some other restaurant.

The property location was opposite to river ganga however the river view what is claimed was blocked by buildings in front of it. Additionally there is no lift available. You need to take a long route to hotel, due to ongoing work at lakshmanjhula. You need to have good vehicle and driving skills to go around. The travel agents near around will charge you more so better to bargain in the beginning itself. The dining option is available through outside restaurant which is not related to hotel. The location is less crowded as compared to other side of river with lot of foreigners in and around making it feel good place. Overall good place to stay.

The overall experience in hotel is good. Hotel staff are very supportive. Rooms and washrooms are clean. And hotel is very near to ganga ghat. But one thing is not good they don't have parking option.

Best way to find the property location

I know sometimes it’s difficult to find the location so I would suggest the simple and best way to reach the Hotel is that just book an auto from bus stand or railway station for Ram Jhulla then cross Jhulla and you will find a Tata Sumo near by Jhulla Exit. Now you can book Tata sumo (150/car) and 40/person and mentioned that please drop at Hotel Grand Galaxy that’s it.

1. Its in the market. 2. No lift and intercom. 3. No food is provided at hotel but since it was in the market so no such problem was faced. If you ask them for the morning tea in the roomand milk. A day in advance, they were also nice enough to provide you. 4. Employee were efficient and effective. 5. Spa facilities at hotel. 6. Only 1 charging point in our room. 7. Circuit board was broken. 8. We have a personal balcony and 24 hour hot water. 9. Property was clean. Overall it was a good experience but highly price as per the services.

Located on laxman jhula road, the hotel is newly constructed. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking space, so one needs to park the vehicle in the common parking space located around 500 meters away from the hotel (near police station) and walk down the hotel. Also, being new hotel, the property lacks lift facility. So if one has booked super deluxe room for ganga view like i did, be prepared to climb to the top floor. There is no restaurant facility also and one has to roam around the area to search for food and tea. Highly not recommended specially if one is travel-ling with kids and senior citizens.
