I don't know why people left negative reviews about this property, but I found this property excellent at very reasonable price, roof top restaurants was great and reasonable price, but service was slow. Location is also great i'm giving this property five star

Had a good time staying there. The location is great, next to many of the city's attractions and close to the lake. The hotel has a good restaurant with various types of food. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Amazing experience at Grand Minerwa

Location - Excellent! Everything is walking distance. Room - I suggest book room in Grand Minerwa (Their new building), especially if you are with family, since old rooms are average and mostly filled with foreigners/Israelis and might cause disturbance. Food - Good. Provides rooftop restaurant with lake view which is beautiful. Overall, very pleasant experience!

Unavailability of 24 hours hot water

It was a mixed experience with family and kid, when hot water was not available 24 hours. Even garbage basket made available after asking. Furniture were not good. That was not a deluxe room.
Hot water was not available before 8 am and after 8 pm. In such terrible cold weather.

Location is great, near to major attractions. But this is more of a guest house with basic facilities only. No intercom, coffee maker, geyser, hot water comes for 6 hours only. No RO water in room, you have to bottled water. No room service, WiFi works only in a few rooms. In bathroom, they give only soap, no shampoo, moisturiser, hair dryer etc. The rooms are overpriced. The best thing is proximity to major attractions and the beautiful view from rooftop restaurant.

It was lodge and not hotel. No room services. TV not working. Drinking water not available. Towel was not clean. No room service. Rooms unclean.

Service is very poor and hotel is like a Dharamshala. Mean to say guesthouse is very good option for this. Please stay anywhere, don't go to this hotel.

Terrible Stay

It is not a proper hotel, it like a guest house. No room service, no RO water, no intercom, etc. Location is good, the behavior is good also. Main worst thing is not proper coordination with MMT Team.

I had to ask for a bucket and mug from the attendant & he gave me the dirtiest bucket possible. Food was very bad. No TV network. No room cleaning on my second day stay. Only good thing is the behaviour of reception guy Deep and his support staff. Otherwise stay away from this hotel.
