Hotel Grand Palace

When i first heard of this Hotel Grand Palace, it looked really grand and gorgeous. We put an early check in, caught our bus and arrived here around 8. But suddenly they did not accept early check in. We were appalled. When we were considering our options, they offered to provide us a temporary room and toilet which was really a sweet gesture. So after brushing , when we went to the bath, we were aghast to know that there were no geysers for rooms and hot water from the central geyser is only till 10. We had to skip bathing to avoid any health complications. As far as the rooms are considered, they are really good. There is also a flask and heater for boiling hot water. Beds were very comfortable but since we were travel-ling the past night, our phones were drained of charge. We were shocked to see that a few plug points won't work. There was no lift and we were stationed on the 2nd floor. So if you are travel-ling with a senior citizen, i wouldn't recommend it. After that we wanted to eat. Usually in india, breakfast is served at 10. So we went to their Hotel Grand Palace downstairs around the same time but we were informed that breakfast was over. So we went out to eat. One good thing is, it is in near proximity to bryant park, lake and the center of city. So a lot of ground can be covered by walking. Overall i would say, don't trust my opinion. You go and experience it yourself and then read this again and see if it resonates with your experience. Thank you

We had a 3 night stay over here, 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 7, with a double cot and a single cot, the stay was comfortable for all 4 of us. The bathroom was big enough, with neat and clean toiletries, there was a hot water facility in the morning 7-10 am and in the evening from 7-9 pm. So you can have a bath and relax for the next day. You can get the tour facility pick up from the Hotel Grand Palace, just contact reception and they will help you with the booking. For site seeing. You can go on your own vehicle too. Regarding food, you can add in your tariff for free breakfast, it's with limited menu, 4-5 items a tea and coffee. Room service is there, lunch and dinner menus are also with limited menu, you can order and get it in your room. You have to check with reception for the menu, or you have option of getting your food from outside, the staffs are very cooperative, you can get cutlery on request. The only things is there is no vegetarian Hotel Grand Palaces near by. Safety wise there is no issue, the premises and corridor are very clean. Those who are looking for a budgeted stay, it's really good, and if you are looking for a open valley view then its not for you. So ha e a pleasant stay.

1. The place is reasonable for the money paid 2. Parking area should be wide. The space what they have is not enough to accommodate more than 8 cars. 3. Room is not capable enough to accommodate kids as we will have adjust in single bed. They should have kids bed or extra bed. 4. Hot water is available only during the fixed hours which is morning 7-8 in the morning. Should be available throughout out the day. 5. Food is somewhat okay which you can survive. 6. Lift is not available which is absolutely mandatory at any Hotel Grand Palaces.

This Hotel Grand Palace is situated at a walkable distance from the lake. They have their own kitchen which serves only veg food. A lot of restaurants are available near by. Complimentary breakfast was average only. Few things can improve : the telephone in the room was not working. At night the temperature was 9* c. They can give room heater to make customers stay comfortable. Overall it was good stay within budget.

The room was clean and tidy. We stayed for two days there. Had a good parking space even though the parking space is not enough for all the occupants the management did a great work of satisfying the needs of everyone. I will be definitely booking the same Hotel Grand Palace as it is near to various locations and easy to access. Thanks for the team for making our stay memorable.

Grand palace Hotel Grand Palace is good, value for money. The rooms are neat, the staff is cordial. Food is okay. Hot water is available during fixed hours in the morning and evening. The bath water was muddy though. The tourist spots are quite near to this place. Free parking is available approx capacity: 14 big cars at a single time but congested. Overall experience was good.

We stayed at this Hotel Grand Palace for one night and booked a room for 3. The room was very clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Got the hot water in the morning as well as in the evening. Also, the place being closer to the bus stand, has saved us a lot of time. Overall, it has really been an amazing experience. Go for it!

The Hotel Grand Palace in charge was so kind and upgraded the room. The room is too neat, clean and spacious. The bathroom is also very neat. Hot water has timings so that is the only neg thing. Park the car in evening and do the shopping as the lake and bazar is nearby, otherwise u will not get parking. Thanks for the front office team.

From booking, check-in, hospitality, complimentary breakfast, excellent room service and checkout process are very nice, adds to the pleasant accommodation

Pleasant stay and well maintained rooms. Room was very clean. The only issue was due to christmas thier in-house restaurant was not functional which was kind of inconvenient for us. Apart from that our overall experience was good.

The location is very accessible. The rooms were neat and cozy and washrooms were clean. I wish they had only 2 more things. Elevator and power back up. The staffs were helpful but the food was very average.

It was a wonderful time in grand palace. We are very much enjoying during the stay. Rooms are very clean and location of the Hotel Grand Palace also highly recommend.
