Perfect choice and value for money..Rooms and service is excellent. Food at restaurant was very good

1. Very poor room service, and room service response 2. Lake of manners of interaction 3. Poor hygiene condition 4. Mis declaration about breakfast and other foods 5. Poor management system

The rooms are well maintained and clean. Location is just on the highway, easy to access and views from the window are beautiful

It was an enjoyable stay, good food. Nice view of backside from the hotel room..Hotel easily accessible from main road.

The room was shabby and the bathroom was so bad. The hand shower broke. It was very very substandard just not worth the money tht u pay

The hotel staff is rude. Even an extra bottle of water is chargeable. The breakfast spread is very very basic. Suits for someone who considers this as a transit hotel. Not ideal for a vacation at Igatpuri.

Great family restaurant with great vegetarian food, good rooms, polite staff members, great location, huge parking space.

Service & staff behaviour is too poor and also, breakfast facility is limited like ordinary hotels and it is not provided as per booking. Swimming pool lighting not provided.
