Room is ok lekin staff is no copratev breakfast me only puri di wo bhi 4 uske bad kuch nai nahane ke liye saboon tk nahi diya. I strongly recommend no book this hotel

It was really great. The room was beautifully decorated with aesthetic looks. Lightning had great effects on my photos I loved it. The food and service was also amazing.

The room was good, spacious, clean and as shown in the photos. Just found many mosquitoes and no dental kit provided or slippers. Rest everything was good.

Location was good, there was no option for food. In this price segment of hotel there was no toiletries, even not changing towel and bedsheets on daily basis. It was a bad bad experience, first those were not professionals 1. It was written that we can get food 24 hours but when we asked them they told us that no cook is available and irony is hotel staff was eating in front of us by saying they made it for themselves. 2. Wifi was working at all like it was hell no towers inside for sin network, we had to go out of hotel to access internet 3. TV wasn’t working properly 4. No slippers

I visited at this hotel and had an unfortunately frustrating experience. I arrived around 3 PM, even though my check-in time was at 12 PM. Unfortunately, my room wasn’t ready, and I was asked to wait for another guest to vacate theirs. After waiting for about an hour, I was told that the room still wasn’t available because the previous guest hadn’t returned. I waited until 5 PM and asked again, but was denied a room. To make matters worse, when I went to the room that was supposed to be mine, I found the previous guest’s belongings still there. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing due to the lack of organization and communication. Very poor experience

It was a wonderful stay. It was safe and peaceful. Everything was in working state and washroom and room were very hygienic. The breakfast also tasted good. Overall nice experience...

Ram hee the hotel manager and balu sunil the cook and Ravi jee were extremely kind and hospitable they provided with all the essential amenities me my mom and kids were comfortable all the while Great property with good location and connectivity

There was some room issue I have booked super deluxe but while checking the hotel manager said that room is not available.yoi have to stay different room

Night Reception guys were very bad, if ask anything he directly denied for the same. we never recommend any one to stay in grand plaza

Ac and service very poor. Still i am sitting at reception and no one is taking action on how to resolve ac issues.

The hotel staff had refused to give us a check in saying that it’s all booked for the night and they can accommodate us in some other property which is two kilometres from this hotel. This is a fraud happened with me and family for trusting on make my trip

Excellent stay

We couldn't locate the place as the location provided was incorrect. We had to search for it. Water bottles were not available. We had to pay for it. Hotel staff is not available at one call. The room was big but was not properly cleaned. 2 chairs were not provided in the room despite of asking for it ten times. Would not recommend to go again.
