Room was near and clean, new property, good environment in this hotel, food was very tasty and warm welcome all staff, location and hotel good, i like this property and i recommend everyone stay in this hotel

Grand palms is a great hotel which has a convenient access. Staff is courteous and polite. Rooms are clean

We couldn't locate the place as the location provided was incorrect. We had to search for it. Water bottles were not available. We had to pay for it. Hotel staff is not available at one call. The room was big but was not properly cleaned. 2 chairs were not provided in the room despite of asking for it ten times. Would not recommend to go again.

Reception staff not god to communicate with guest room landline phone not available not available frizz storage not available face wash kits. Brush shampoo. Etc. Very bad experience 0 rating. No i am not clicking any images
