Although the property has a rating above 4.5, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be poorly maintained and lacking cleanliness. The bathrooms had persistent clogging issues, making them quite inconvenient to use. What was most disappointing, however, was the attitude of the staff — they were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy, which significantly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, the service and hygiene did not meet the expectations set by the high rating.
