Hotel is in the heart of the city and offers value for money experience. Road construction was a bit messy but apart from that everything was fine.

Calm and clean ambience. My 5 year old son vivaan liked this stay very much. He often try to pronounce the hotel name.

Food and services were very good. Everything was hygiene. Location was ok as per the city.

It was awesome experience with hotel such a lovely hotel in small town like Ballia I was surprised to see the interior and facilities better than any 5-star hotel anywhere simply wow.

First room toilet seat flap was broken - but we got the room changed soon so no problem there. Food was good. Overall stay was good if compared from perspective of tier2/3 city ballia
