The hotel is really very good, the ambience, service, staff everything is awesome. There is very polite and helpful staff and very good service, only the restaurant staff is not good they don't even give the service to us, but the hotel staff is nice and I highly recommend these hotel to everyone, must try these

We reached the hotel at 11:30 PM, and despite the check-in time being 12:00 PM, our rooms were not ready. We were asked to wait for an hour, and finally got the room at 12:45 AM. To our disappointment, there were no towels, no dental kits, no kettle, or even a locker. The room and bathroom smelled terrible, and the staff was extremely rude. Service was absolutely zero. We stayed only for half an hour to change before going out, and when we returned around 9:30 PM, the entire room was shaking because of the club and DJ above us. Nowhere was it mentioned that the noise would be this unbearable. We called the reception 8–10 times between 9:50 PM and 12:00 AM, and only after continuous complaints did they turn off the music at 1:00 AM. The most part was seeing towels lying on the floor in the reception area with a bathroom cleaner standing on them! This was by far the worst, most unhygienic, and unprofessional hotel experience I’ve ever had. Would never recommend this place to anyone

We stayed here as a group of 7 boys, in 2 rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was not very comfortable. The room size was quite compact, and the overall ventilation was poor — unless you’re allotted a room with a window, which helps a little. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, possibly the worst i have encountered, and the bedsheets were of very poor quality. To make matters worse, we noticed bed bugs. Despite requests, no extra mattress was provided for the room with three boys. The rooms and washrooms both had a strong, unpleasant smell, and lacked proper ventilation.

Hotel Sky Grand, Jaipur mein stay kaafi acha raha. Rooms clean aur comfortable the, staff bahut hi polite aur cooperative tha. Location bhi convenient hai aur overall environment peaceful tha. Definitely recommend karunga agar Jaipur mein stay karna ho.”

beds are not clean, rooms cannot accommodate 3 people (even though they will take a booking for 3 peopel, the hotel is under a pub, so whole night DJ will be on your head, bathrooms are not clean, lights are not working.

The Hotel is situated in a peaceful area on 8th floor within 10 to 15 minutes ride from Jaipur Junction amd the city Bus Stand. Majority of the attractions are within a few kilometres. They provide complimentary access to guests to their vibrant pub and lounge bar. The facilities are good at very budget friendly rates. The staff is helping and served breakfast at 7.15 am on request.
