Very bad experience. Room quality is very poor. Intercoms not working lift not working

I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service and wonderful stay, I was treated with warmth and hospitality. The room was impeccable, the staff were attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. It truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Rooms were good but service wasn't no heater was available even for an infant when it was only 5-6 degrees outside there should be some guidelines regarding free breakfast being served in alacarte menu

They charged for big rooms but given a very small room, same complaint to mm t but no action has been taken so far

Had a good stay at the hotel with awesome homely food & nice staff.
