Location of the hotel is good on the mall road itself, staff is cooperative and well spoken. But the hotel needs to get its washroom and get their plumbing issues fixed. Toilet flush is not properly functioning and taps condition is also the same

Hotel the grand, mussoorie has a great location on the mall road. Amenities need a little upgradation. Kitchen was not open. Service needs upgradation.

Very nice behaviour of staffs. Amenities were good. Rooms were clean, tv worked, bathroom was quite big, hot water available. Beds were very soft and comfort. They served as required. Timely delivery of tea/coffee. Concerned about their guests. Location prime and easily accessible/on mall road. Icici atm just in front helped us in getting required cash. Market very near. Balcony adjacent to our room was quite big and view of hills were so nice!

Cleanness is zero as per the rate of the hotel no facility not suitable for childerns. And food is prepared in staff room with no proper vessel and no jot water for drinking and not for bathing and we should say to fill there tank so that we can go to washroom
