Room service is excellents. Hotel staff are very cordial. Except entrance everything are good. Room is clean .. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Therefore it is very easy to reach all the places. It is really a comfortable stay. I recommend to stay this hotel considering my comfortable stay. Particularly I liked the behaviour and suppory from the hotel staff

No one picks up phone at the reception for over half an hour. Bed tea was served after half an hour. The lift is kept closed and whenever one wants to use it one has to shout from upstairs. The bed sheets were soiled and untidy. The room was so called double but the mattress was in two pieces, the blanket provided was single and no double. Even at the time of check out no one was available at the reception. The door keys were not smoothly function-able and I had to waste lot of time in opening and closing the door. The TV was also not in proper working order. On the whole every thing was really too unpleasant, which might give your site a very bad name in promoting this hotel.
