Located close to city centre. This hotel offers value for money. Good service, good cleanliness, and prompt response. Limited food options for vegans though. The restaurant attached to the hotel has limited options for vegetarians.

Clean bathrooms. Room walls and ceilings needed major work. Excellent service. Eat outs are available in walking distance. Quite easily accessible from south junction railway station. Friendly staff. In house food is available.

It is a nice hotel with good air condition. All fittings are new. Staff are also good. Bit difficult for four wheeler parking because the road in front of the hotel is a busy one. Room size is OK as compared to the price. Thanks to MMT for providing such a nice hotel.

Hotel has very good service. Staff is very supportive. Hotel is clean. Travel assistance is available. Overall excellent hotel. Hotel should have more options for breakfast and dinner with proper menu.

Thank you Green Dreams for making my stay memorable. No complaints can be made on the service at this hotel. Excellent housekeeping that the hotel and room was clean at every nook and corner. Also the establishment is conveniently located and can be reached easily. The staff are well experienced in handling guests. A very comfortable place to rest after a long day and I would call it a Home away from Home.

Great location and very good hotel for a clam stay. The travel desk helped us with taxi requirement towards our next destination. The people at the reception was courteous and we received a warm and quick check in. They answered us whenever we called and responded with immediate action. We changed the settings of the AC remote and the reception staff was quickly at our service and the problem was sorted in no time. The room and bathroom was clean and tidy. The staff was highly hospitable and was ready to provide any service as requested. Overall excellent facilities & service for the money paid. I prefer this hotel for my next stay at Cochin.

Excellent location. Room service good. Staff are very Co operative. Near to south railway station. Easy to connect to different places inside the city. Satisfactory food available near the hotel. Altogether good experience.

I stayed 3days with family and 1day alone. Booked it as it was advertised as 3 star hoter. Expected buffet breakfast. They bring breakfast from a nearby hotel and served it cold on day one. It was so bad we informed the hotel we will not take breakfast for next two days and asked to return money charged for breakfast. They said there is no such provision. We chose not to eat breakfast from them. One day no hot water. They said because it is raining solar power not available.

For the price the stay was very good. But the room alloyed to me was not pleasant. But the bathroom was good, though there were occasional foul smell. AC remote control was not there. Was stuck without hot water.

I was travelled with my wife, room cleanliness is excellent. Also very good room services. But the room was small. From walls sound is coming. Accessible from both rail and public road transport points.

Room were good, but the AC was not having feature of temperature setting or any other mode, it was only a switch for powering it on or off. Also the hotel has solar water heating system so you can get hot water only during the day time. Apart from that everything was excellent.

Good location, very decent hotel for single and family travellers. For me the location was very useful very easy to access from south railway station. It took only few minutes drive from eranakulam junction south railway station.

I specially liked the room and cleanliness of room, for my duration renovation was going on, but they fulfill all my requirements, overall I will rate 4 and half. Location was quite good but I wanted to stay there only because of some reason, !

A hotel at a good location

The location is good. When one see the reception area thinks rooms will be so so. But do not go by the looks of the reception. The room was very specious and very clean. Bath room has all the modern fittings. The restaurant is not the same standard of the Hotel room.

It is important to improve parking space, room maintenance must be improved. The staff's were good and helping minded. The sensor assisted lighting system is appreciable. It saves energy and more convenient.
