Just after check in, i ask for soap, towel, they didn't respond for a hours, even also phone in room not working for any assistant, having poor experience while entry. Staff did not response for any. All over room is good, but need good staf and management for guest service

The price of the room was exaggerated compared to the amenities available. The suite room was way below average. The bathroom was stinky. The room should have been 2. 5k per night maximum.

Convenient location, easy to get auto rides. Room was clean. Good staff. Breakfast is good. Great for short stay.

Ambiance was not good. Poor maintained property. Rats were running at dinning hall. Poor service from hotel staff

The 3 cons that i faced here was: 1. Check in- though we had booked everything before hand still the hotel refused us a room stating that our booking is not visible in their system and were quite uncooperative about the same. 2- the bathroom were horrible. It seemed like they were not cleaned since a long time and were full on stains and bad odour. 3- we requested the staff to please allow us an extra hour for checkout but they were troubling and uncooperative for the same. I mean first they refuse to give us our room on time but then even for checkout they were non cooperative and the hotel was literally empty so its not even that they had more guests coming.

Good hotel, clean rooms. Decent service. Nice cafeteria. Best property in parabhani. Co operative staff. Air conditioners working.

Average hotel breakfast quality low even water bottle is not given in room

As usual on mmt. But one point need to mention here the process through mm t for hotel and traveling booking is very easy.

Good location also good staff manager and well hygiene property good experience.

I have ordered food twice. Both time i have to remind them 4 times. Food order came after 3 hrs inspite of remininding them. After going in restaurant they told me hotel staff didn't came to collect. Second time when i ordered directly at reception counter as restaurant phone was dead. No order placed with in 1 hr i reminded them. Then they told sry what was your order then i reordered and finally order came after 2 hrs of delay.

All things are good. Hotel is very nice. Staff behavior is good. Owner also good person.

Their staff is very rude, arrogant, especially the manager at reception. Bad conversation experience while check-in in and out. Arrogant behavior. The service for food orders was too poor. Ac duct was not properly maintained. It's leaked in the room over the bed. The changing room again. Food delivery was not proper. The too expensive rate for food against service and quality.

I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel. I was for three days in Parbhani I had booked this hotel but the next day I check out and shifted to the fern hotel because of a very dirty room and very poor service. Only idli and vada was at breakfast. So we haven't eaten breakfast. Seriously not worth it. Never ever.

Very poor management, hotel tariff is highly charged than hotel category it's like not more than certain amount, breakfast is very limited options, cleanliness is not up to the mark, toiletries is very cheap.

Over all average in all parameters

Booked a room through make my trip including bf. But the Hotel doesn't have their own kitchen and tied up with a restaurant for bf. The restaurant doesn't give any service, or options for bf and treat as if they are doing favour. Upon asking at Hotel reception they don't have any answer.

It's awesome Hotel location, rooms, quality.
