Hotel was not very clean. Bathrooms were very dirty. Also price was very expensive. There was no dedicated parking space

It was an unexpected delight. The room was very modern with all basic amenities. Cordial staff cleanliness and very close to jammu bus stand.

Makemytrip is hugely at fault to offer such hotels to the travellers. We don’t know about jammu and offering such hotels at horrible locations is very unfair. The hotel entire system was faulty. It was inside a lane. The room was dirty. Bathroom flush was not working. Bathroom bucket etc were dirty. When i reached the bedsheets, pillow, quilt everything was smelling and had visible bugs. I asked them to change them else they were expecting me to sleep with them. The only good part about the hotel was their staff who were willing to help and helped as much. This is the worst hotel i ever stayed anywhere.

Sup-rub small rooms and clean one. Food is also good. Staff is very sup-rub and helpful.

The location is not good. Sheets were unwashed. They were dirty. Rooms were stinging. It is not worth suggesting.

It was a good stay. Stayed here with my family. Parking is near but in gurudwara complex. Overall nice hotel

Booked for a night as a pit stop. Room was very small and cannot accommodate 2 people and very close to service room with lots of distractions. Wash room was too small and stinky. Water was coming out to hall after using the wash room. Highly overrated and too costly. Not recommended.

Reached jammu as a group and booked hotel through mmt. We have selected the hotel seeing some good reviews. But once we entered the room, we realize that is was a big mistake. Room are tiny of size 10 ft x 9 ft approx. No vacant space. Ac was not working initially. Later on ac was rectified but it was very noisy and could not sleep through the whole night. Room are also very dirty, bathroom tiny and in poor condition, shower not functional. Overall it was a complete waste of money and not at all recommended, never try it.

Ac was cutting off every 5 minutes and sound was so bad not able to sleep. Food was ok.
