Very worst customer service also room was not clean ..no maintenance..very worst bed and bed sheets ..bathroom was not so clean ..full of smoking smell ..

room cleanliness is poor. smelly. location is okay on the road side. might be good for business travellers. food not that great. BF std was not that great. poor service. asked for a mug for the bathroom but they didn't bother. to carry luggage up to the vehicle there is no person available

Property is on highway hence noisy. Location is not ideal. Rooms and Food was OK. They do not provide room service after 10PM hence bit inconvenient.

Stay was good as it's a budget hotel and breakfast spread is not that good. Rooms are very small and are not clean and well maintained. I think it's a good property but poorly maintained.

Worst interior and hotel is not clean definitely I will not refer the hotel in future am very disappointed

To be frank hotel was amazing all facilities are available Best part of them is 1.best room service any time 2.super tasty food 3.super clean 4.well maintained

1. No hot water even in the morning. 2. No towel rack in rest room. 3. Out of 2 electrical sockets, one is not working. 4. Door lock inner side is in a very bad position. 5. WR door not closing. 6. Once enter into the room cigarette smell was very predominent. 7. Very poor room maintenance.

Green ridge is one of the Affordable Hotels with extraordinary facilities. The receptionist are very helpful to meet our needs. Housekeeping Guys are super supportive. Whenever we needed cleaning they didn't even hesitate to do it. I've already visited this hotel for 2 years. Will visit in future too. Highly recommended.
