My stay at this hotel was great. The location is good and surrounds trees to enjoy taking walk down the local markets. Loved the experience, rooms were clean and service was really quick. Food also was really tasty and the chef always took care of it very well. You might have to walk a little towards the mall road but you will like it.

I was recommended hotel greenfield regency by a friend and it was a great experience. The staff was helpful from ensuring that my stay was comfortable to suggesting great food items which were tasty and fresh. The ambience is quiet and surrounded by trees which is a rarity in shimla. The parking facility and the lift make it an ideal destination for persons who value convenience and solitude. Would love to come back soon.

This is a nice hotel with sweeping views of the valley. Nice courteous staff. Stay was really enjoyable. You have to walk slightly downhill to reach from the main road.

This hotel is great for everyone travel-ling to shimla for work or leisure. I travel-led with my grandparents and parents and it was such a great choice. This property looks like brand new, the rooms are great and the parking is good too. It is located so close to the mall. The owner of the hotel mr aditya was so warm and welcoming, he left no stone unturned to guide us about the location and is not like other hotel's show off owners who barely care about their customers. The hotel staff was great and very hospitable. Right from the reception to the room service people everyone was so nice. A special mention to the guy with cap at reception during night! he made sure that we had a comfortable stay and even handled both reception and room service together at night(as the room service guy was on sudden leave)he even guided me to tourist places with full research. The food was good. Thankyou to the entire staff for having us and treating like royalty! a great stay for family. The location, the food, the staff, the rooms everything was a1.

We had three night and two days stay at the hotel, ours was standard room without breakfast. The stay was good, the room was clean and staff was very approachable and all our queries were well addressed in-time. In our 3 night stay we ordered dinner twice and it was good. The hotel is in a good location reachable both through car and by walking. I loved the location as it gave us a m opportunity to enjoy the roads and weather by having a walk through the streets in the awesome weather. Thanks for hosting us 👍

The rooms are nice with a cozy vibe and with valley view. The food is great and the staff is also very nice. The hotel staff is affable and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 days and it was a comfortable stay. Rooms were neat n clean as its a brand new property. For every query there was a quick response. Breakfast options can be set more apart from poha, sandwiches, paranthe.

It was a good property overall. Location is good walking distance away from mall road. Rooms are clean and hygienic. There is parking space at ground floor.

No welcome was given even welcome drink. Apart that no fan was there in the summer. They replied we are not given in amanities. Approach road to hotel was terrible. Experience was not at all good. In waiting area there was no place to wait.

absolutely terrible experience. the hotel was a disaster from start to finish. they charged extra for a simple blower and didn’t even provide a proper bill for it. the service was pathetic—no tandoor, many food items were unavailable, and every simple request was met with a rude “no.” the staff was outright disrespectful. there was no power backup, not even an emergency light or torch provided during outages. on top of that, they charged more than the mrp for water bottles. this place is an absolute nightmare. avoid at all costs!

Pathetic service. Not recommended for stay. Owner is new in this business and don't have knowledge of running a hotel business. You will not get tea on time with reason milk is not available. House keeping is not done at all, reason they don't have house keeping staff. Hotel location is not a very good location. Service is pathetic. Highly unprofessional service and even road side dhaba's provide better service than this hotel. I stayed hear with family for 3 days and noticed that whoever is staying here getting frustrated due to their services. Food is a challenge, specially when you are coming with family and kids. Breakfast never served on time

I had a booking on 10 jun e for 2 rooms and check in time was 12:00. Pm but till 3:40pm no rooms were provided, even the owner i contacted was rude and asked me to wait at restraunt. Even there was no proper seating place for 4 adults. We have spent time sitting at stairs with 2 children. Even they provide you with water after asking for 4 -5 times. I left the place without checking in and mmt refused the refund as well don't trust mmt ever

We had paid for rooms with valley view but it was not there. Service was worst. No water in room, for food multiple times we had to call still no one came. They were more busy in big group. For dinner ordered at 7 pm, we received at 9:30pm, that too without utensils, in dish of matar paneer, only two small pieces of paneer, rest only matar. I have never such kind of treatment till date, worst ever experience. Even for rooms, when i aid that it's not like what was shown, the owner said that mmt has approved so this is what u can get or cancel your stay.
