Stay was excellent. Staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel is located at a nice location. Facade of the hotel was good. Dinner was very delicious with chicken gravy and rice. Breakfast was also very good.

Rooms were not spacious. But service was good. Nice kahwa. Breakfast was nice and less crowded hotel. Overall good stay.

Hotel is located at tangmarg, approximately 15 kms from gulmarg. It’s a decent hotel for night stay nothing fancy. It’s a fairly new hotel. Staffs are helpful. Decent food. All in all a very decent hotel and experience but having said that can’t expect much ath this price.

Pros: + bang opposite thajwas glacier. You can just walk across to the base of the glacier. + very good food (breakfast + dinner) + rooms are neat, well insulated and warm. Great bathrooms. + staff very helpful - muddasar mgr, sajjad, bilal (staff) cons: - very expensive per day room rent. - property under renovation

Newly built, clean hotel. Very nice polite and cooperative staff; decent food. They gave us the best room available and heating equipments were very helpful. View is amazing, you can stay here and have a good one day trip to gulmarg (14 km from this hotel)

Do not deserve 4. 8 rating. At the cost which we paid, heater stopped working in night. Food was also below par & breakfast was worst. It was not a hotel for which anyone will pay 37000 for 2 nights which i paid. It was only 4000 per night inclusive cost
