Nice property, clean rooms and supportive stuffs. Food was good. Stayed for 4 days with family of 3 (1 year baby. All the receptionists were very cooperative.

My check-in time was 12 pm but I have entire the hotel at late midnight, they gave me a room like early check-in. Next day changed a room but bathroom of the room is very bad. I suffer a big problem.

Staff was very friendly. Took good care of guests. Food quality is good but little high priced. It was at walking distance to park metro. Good hospitality. Behavior was very nice. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall it was very pleasant place to stay.

I stayed in this hotel from 5th Dec to 7th Dec of 2015. It was a nice experience from hotel management and staff. The room are clean and hygienic. The food was also awesome. I would like to again stay there whenever i am in Kolkata.

I stopped by at Kolkata one my way back home from a wedding in Udaypur. Being a lone female traveller and was a little concerned over safety and comfort but the experience was rather good. It was good value for price as I was looking for something reasonably priced. Staff members are very friendly so would recommend as long as one is not looking for something a bit fancy.

Very good accessibility. Very close to park street, camac street. We had work in the you. S. Consulate, which was also very close. Good service and friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast with good variety. Fairly clean and well maintained room.
