1st the room looked way smaller than what was shown in picture. No stoper wall in bathroom in room 105. So water flowed into room while bathing. Complained and got room shifted to 102. This was just a little better. While in both rooms there was no provision for geyser and i had to literally call multiple times to the reception requesting them to switch on boiler for hot water. They reluctantly switched it on saying they only on during morning timing like 6. I asked around 12 noon. The next day i asked around 9 am but though they said they ll switch on the boiler they didn't i got fed up stopped asking them. Next i found a small rat a very minute one and chased it god knows where it went. The fan was creaking and looked it ll fall any moment. Maybe it was tightly hooked but still scary. Ac was not working in 105. Unpleasant questions by room boys The ppl at reception though were polite but at the same time reluctant to fix things.

Where to begin! ordeal started with checking in, they kept us waiting saying no room is ready, it was past 6 pm bedsheet was torn, pillows lumpy and dirty, blanket malodorous floor was dirty. Electric kettle did not work.
