Review Of Hotel GV Heritage

Room was very small and smelling. Mosquitos in the room. They do not provide towel, soap etc.

Behaviour of receptionist was excellent.no problem was faced by me. location is good.

Room is too small, bathroom is so so small that even a single person has to struggle while bathing. staff behaviour is very rude

This Hotel is Very Poor Hotel,No Any Clean Glass,Bed,No soap, Break fast properly, In my life this is the first experience such type of hotel , and rate is also High no facility in Hotel,staff is also miss in Reception Counter,again never I can stay in this hotel

the property was good , some rooms are little congested but otherwise it was good

I recently stayed and had an amazing experience. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone

Nah !! Uchi dukan phikki pakwan tha ye stay .Room and Toilets are not cleaned properly,Hairs are here and there everywhere on bed also ...Not Recommendable.

I have faced much the worst experience in my life I have ever visited any place and stayed in a hotel. The TV was not running. There was neither door mat/ rug nor dustbin . The bed was single and so was blanket. Toilet wall was some where broken. staff behaviour was also not good. I asked to change the room but in vain. On reception there was not a single chair to sit family member before entering the room. Overall very worst experience and sending you some videos for instance. A boy also complaint of tv.

Pleasant Stay in cozy rooms. There was a cleanliness issue. I liked that they have parking for 2 wheelers. Staffs are friendly.

The room is too small, it ends just after opening the door. Batheoom is also so small and small. It seems like a single bedroom where there is barely one person can stay. So pathetic experience.

Bad behaviour with every guest

Whenever i turned on bee during sleeping the was noise a lot. And there did not have ventilation point direct in room.

The stay was terrible. The room was very dirty and the hotel staff was not welcoming

Found leakage toilet, they didn't give hand wash soap.

The location is ok but not get a proper vehicles to my destination from the hotel .. Firstly when I came to the hotel they did not provide me the room which I booked and despite the room is empty they asked me to stay on the normal room and after lots of calls and messages to MMT then they provide my booked room where AC is not working Properly. I booked the hotel with Breakfast and they provide me cheap breakfast ordered from roadside shops and the food quality is very poor ..Services are on time without delay
