I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The ambiance of the hotel felt both luxurious and homely, making my stay very relaxing

Hygiene was not good. Room was smelling, bed sheets were not changed. Room was not as shown in the pictures. Location is good. Staff was sleeping in the corridor till 8 in the morning.

No hygiene in the hotel and rooms are also tiny and too far from main location & too many mosquitoes

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome as they also provided us with early check in. My room was spacious, clean and well-organized, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making me feel truly valued. the geyser didn't worked , even asked reception multiple times, after like 30 min they send one guy he came and just left without saying anything. after 15 mins i again contacted reception to look into this or atleast give me a bucket of hot water, after 10 min a staff finally a gave the hot water bucket. everything else was fine but this was my and my family's experience

It is located just 10 min distance from Ujjain Railway Station. A little bit far from Shri Mahakal Mandir. Location was good. Service was best. Room quality was best. Overall best experience with staying in Hotel Hari OM Palace.

Hari Om Palace is a must stay place if you are visiting Ujjain. The rooms are clean and the staff is very polite and helpful.

It was a very nice experience with fabulous facilities and many more, they don't give food facilities but have allowed outside food with good taste. Rest everything was normal.
