Excellent. Worth Staying
Everything was good neat and clean. the best part of the hotel is their hospitality services. The bhaiyas working there are very helpful in carrying luggages and best at working.

Average Stay
the property and its location is good as its at walking distance from New Delhi railway station. The area is however too much crowded and very few options available for food. esp for Vegitarians. the property room AC was not working properly.

no hot water after 1.00 pm
Ok ok ,no toiletries,no tv....food is also average ,small rooms ,walk upto the station to get cabs as they wont come inside

Very Bad & dirty hotel
Property location is at very very dirty are. There is no veg hotel near to this hotel. In the hotel food is very bad. Breakfast is very limited.

Call service is very poor- We have to call many times is required any service to reception. TV news channels maximum not available like Aajtak, Zeenwes etc Room to much smell found like toilet then they told us will goes automatically And when I was asking for room spray then service boy bring after 1.5 hrs but all 2 days smell not gone Pls inspect the room no 314

Overall service was good.They were kind enough to allow early check-in. Check-out was also seamless.Very close to NDLS, however the location is very crowded. Restaurant can be managed better for quickly serving food.

Hotel was located in a crowded street. Very good check-in experience, good staff behavior. Restaurant is nice with tasty food. Rooms are compact with enough facilities. Bathrooms are clean and spacious.
