Bery Bad Experience It was a very dirty hotel. The rooms shown were not there at all and were dirty rooms The hotel manager's behavior was very bad and I tried calling many times. I did not get a proper response from there as well. I spent 4 hours then should I book another hotel

Hotel harsh paradise is not worth of money they charge. My room stinks of booze and smoke and when i asked them of hot water for bath in morning at 4 am they refused. Even when i asked of tea in morning at 4:30 they said it's not possible. They call themselves 3star hotel i didn't seem to understand how it is 3 star hotel and mmt help them to get bookings

Lack of basic upkeep and amenities. Not even warm /hot water available.

no timely cleaning in room, in winter hot water is required which was not available in room, breakfast is a big issue in morning, room service is delayed have worse experience at this stay for 7 days. need to improve a lot on this.

Room size very small, not properly maint. Very poor service, room booked with complimentary break fast and paid 250 extra for this. But break fast quality very poor, very limited option for break fast. No buffat system for break fast.

It was good stay. Food was tasty.

Hotel harsh paradise is not a paradise to stay-in. The entire hotel premises stinks, rooms stink, unclean, toilets unclean. I request mmt users from booking this hotel for your stay. My worst experience with mmt recommended hotel. Not sure whether mmt does any kind of survey before on-boarding such hotels and whether any checks happens on such hotels post onboarding, need audit team of mmt to look into this.

Nothing like pictures in your website, it has been mentioned as 3 star. It's not even worth 1 star. The whole hotel smelled of cow ding, rooms were horrible- dirty linens with food marks, damp fungus on walls, stinking room. I had paid fully for 2 days but still decided to change hotels and moved to another hotel at 10:30 pm.

Nice staff and food was also good.

When we checked in it was bad smell, as it seems someone used room before, hairs on bed, smelly blankets, DTH was not working, reception person was not interested to address the issue, we have three rooms booked in which one room was ok but remains two were not fine, another room was having dump on wall, (pictures taken), when we asked to change the room, despite of availability showing, receptionist didn't resolved it, neither get the bathroom cleaned, we were awake whole night due to discomfort.

Poor room service, washroom was not clean. Tv not working, water was not there, cleanliness and most important worst experience ever.

The hotel was situated in a very separate location where when going out at night is not safe.

Hotel is dirty. No service are provided. Amenities mentioned in MakeMyTrip are not at all available. Very dirty room and dirty bathroom. Horrible experience.

Terrible blunder, I booked by MMT at huge amount per night, each room was stinking badly of cigarettes, it looks like a bhoot bungalow, only 3 people managing the entire hotel, looks good in photo but it's not maintained at all, I checked out on the same day, lost money of 2nd day booking.

Hotel was so dirty. It was smelling like trash everywhere. Two mornings there was no running water in the building when you need the water most. Room service dishes were not cleared for two days from floor where we stayed. It was total mid representation on web portal as three star where it was like ordinary lodge. Bedding was smelling terrible from previous guest stay as it looked like not changed for months. Ugly mystery stains were in room all over. Never stay there please.
