Bathroom cleaning very poor, during power break up no genset towel smelling,

The room was very small, a towel was not clean. Their were no cattle warm water provided a plastic bottle. As per rent is very high as per room. The room service boy and reception person was not professional

Hotel staff was good. Food was delicious. Room and washroom was clean.

Staff has taken my id for photocopy and didn't return it. Neither he returned back to my room whereas it is practice by the hotels that they return back the ids back to room. After insisting to courier he misbehaved and shouted however it was his fault.

Very good service good location

No proper cleaning of rooms, bad smell in room, no fresh blanket and mattress pillows, no room service on call, no geyser working. No safety

Reception person(Manager) Mr. Tiwari behaviour is not good for hospitality business. We never go again this hotel.

Room which shown in pictures were totally different, hardly 80 square feet space, bed odour, mosquito bites.

Dont book this Hotel. As the non ac and ac both rooms are very dirty and unmanaged. Total waste of money

All arrangements were good But staff do not take permission before coming inside room

Pathetic service, arrogant staff, expensive room with no facility, and the room was cramped too. Highly not recommend! When we entered into the room the person at the reception was illiterate and arrogant when we checked into the room it was filled with cigarette smell, the room was was too small did not worth the money! When I could find the switch for AC, I called the staff he came to set the AC and lights went out! Most of the time there was no electricity.

Prices are high and room is very small, not expecting from MMT to select this kind of property, AC remote not available, in room lot of bad smell, blanket is not clean.

It was nice stay and I feel relaxed

Location is good easy to find short distance from bus stand.
Mobile charging sockets are not both side of bed.

Hotel staff behavior was very bad.

Bath fittings leaked a lot. Need to repair the same.
