Hotel room was good, staff behaviour was very good. Food was costly as compared to taste quality. One thing to keep in mind is whenever anyone books room, must check for balcony or non balcony room. Atlast everythying was ok.

Room service was better staff is cooperative silent atmosphere and room was clean
Room was clean good room service staff is cooperative but little less point, the only washroom was not working well

Good hotel good Location not tried food here I liked the service at 12 midnight I asked for hot water and it was served. Hotel room was good for couple to stay very peaceful ambience of hotel was also good

Very happy to stay in peace. Very nice location. Delicious food. Very cooperative staff. Both family enjoyed very much. I would like to prescribe other. Only thing which can interrupt is it's stairs. We had to go through stairs which was slight tough.

Beautiful hotel with full of music and love. Loved every minute of my stay. (The food Quality is Too much bed)- "Hotel Walo yrr Food Mai kya bana kar dete ho Kabhi khud bhi test karke dekho" it is a small thing compared to the other things we got from the hotel.

Location was easily accessible. Stay was ok. Room & washroom was clean but no balcony and view from room. Tv was not working. Makemytrip charged more than room tariff. When i reached i knew it.

Hotel has a in-house parking which is very convenient

Ordered pakoras and were good, although tea was okay.
Door lock was pretty bad.

Everything was good .. But location was quit uphill ed .. Because of which I suffered pain in legs .. But the sight from room window was awesome .. And both room was good .. Enjoyed the stay .. Service was average.

This hotel is situated near Vidhan Sabha and one of the best locations in Shimla as per room service it is OK. Rooms are in very poor condition makemytrip people has not even confirm my booking until, I reach there. I would not recommend this hotel for a fantastic weekend.

Nice stay. Not good, not bad. Back rooms are nor comparatively good, and front rooms are good but expensive. You are getting good rooms in lesser amount than this. But still the location of the hotel is good. Overall you will enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Rooms are good but not much clean, no near restaurant. Mall road is near, I got a room where there is no out scenery. Suggested for low budget room. But not go for make my trip you can easily get a good hotels near mall road at same price

The location of hotel is good. It is little ahead of the mall road. The room given to me was not too good as it had dirty pillow covers. Even the bedsheet had strains. The chair which was there was really very dirty. Hotel is okay.

Rooms were too congested and there was no balcony no place for air circulation the only good thing about harsha was location still it's 3 km away from mall road where you have to spent most of your time.. Well I won't recommend but still choices are your. Cheers

OK OK hotel, not worth money charged

The room didn't seemed a deluxe room at all. Kindly visit good hotels and make changes. It seemed like a Dharamshala room. Although it was clean and tidy, water and electricity was continuous but room quality was below average and wasn't worth the amount charged.

Bad hotel no good facilities room was not clean and comfortable. Tv is not working no cable network. I just spend money to stay there. Room wall is not good. Manger bhevior was not good.
