It’s very nicely maintained, clean and well equipped room, staff also very cooperative. This is the only place in the city where you can find the best and safe parking space. That’s why i prefer this property again.

It was a very nice property with very good ambience and cleanliness. Staff was very good. Mr. Rajesh at the reception is a nice and hubli guy. Love to stay again if i will visit the town again. It was a paisa vasool deal. Thank you.

The check-in experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff appeared unprofessional and untrained, resulting in a chaotic and inefficient process. There was a lack of organization, with no clear system in place to handle guest arrivals. It took an unnecessarily long time to get checked in, causing frustration and inconvenience. It is crucial for hotels to prioritize hiring and training competent staff to ensure a smooth and pleasant check-in experience for guests. Improving the professionalism and efficiency of their front desk team would greatly enhance the overall guest satisfaction and reputation of the hotel.

Room shown in the picture was totally different from the actual. It was of very poor quality. They charged extra for the room which i already booked.
