Hotel is good, nice rooms, clean & neat hotel . Also hospitibility is good . Food is too costly . Breakfast need to improve . There is no choice . All other staff is OK . There has pick up & drop facilities from station to hotel .

Food quality very good, room clean, breakfast quality very nice, area near in station and all facility available in this hotel just like a swinging pool, yoga. I have some business trip to Bilaspur and stayed in Hotel Heavens Park. Front office staff were very much cooperative. Room service, food and other facilities are very nice. Parking place is at basement which may be a negative point. After all everything is OK.

During day time we could not take rest due to heavy dj sound from some other part of the hotel. They did not think about our privacy. Rest is good, food is little bit costly, but taste good.

The hotel is located on the Main road, has good connectivity. It has got the Pub and Bar which is the best thing in the hotel. The ambience is also good and rooms are neat and clean. The staff is also cooperative. I recommend to stay here. The WiFi and breakfast is complimentary.
