I had booked a twin room, but the hotel gave us a regular room instead. The service was disappointing – in the morning, they didn’t even provide basic toiletries like toothpaste or shampoo. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Good Stay – Pleasant Experience I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a nice variety. The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. A pleasant experience that I’d consider again in the future.

Hotel is good and clean . Food is also delicious

Good place to stay. You can get transport easily and the market is also nearby. Food is not great but works.

The staff was friendly and polite, but i was not given toilet paper when i asked and had to pay for the bottle of water. The most unpleasant thing i found was the smell in the room due to the water seeping into the wall to the hallway when showering. The paint is peeling and efflorescence is visible on the brickwork. The bed linen was dirty and not washed properly.

The facilities are very bad. The staff is very rude and as we had booked we got flexible check in time from 6 am to 8 am.But the staff refused to accept it even though we showed them the booking confirmation status and messages which we had received through WhatsApp and mail.The manager charged me 700 rupees extra because I checked in at the wrong time and according to the manager, I had to check in at 12 pm. The staff and manager have very bad behaviour with the guests. Very bad service.

The hotel service was very nice. It was great pleasure to stay in this hotel. I would like to stay again when i visit to lucknow.

Stay was good but staff are non cooperative and behaviour was not good they didn’t provide basic facilities like clean towel bathing soap toothpaste etc.

No teeth kit and no shaving kit given and room was stinky and bed sheet also stinks and check in not good

Poor services with respect to the food. Telephone was not working. Rooms are not airy. Won't recommend the hotel. Charged extra 500 as i checked in at 9am though i had to leave at 12am. Will not repeat for sure.

Hotel is near to aminabad market. Tun-day kabab is approx 500 mtr. From hotel. It is located is very rush area. Hotel was very neat and clean. Room was spacious. I was staying with family. My kids was enjoying.

The location is good if someone prefers aminabad. However hazratganj is the place to stay at when in lucknow. The room is big and spacious. Overall hygiene is decent. Other amenities are poor. Good for a budget stay for a night.

Smelling bed, no towel, no complementary water bottle. Good staff. Delicious food. Thank you.

Hotel need to improve service quality. Bill software was not controlled by reception staff, toilatory not provided, when i reached the hotel basis things like bucket, mug, toiletries, towel, even water bottle not provided by the hotel.

Staff is rude behavior, asking money for drinking water, no staff is available and attention towards guest. Receptionist is too rude. Asked money while doing breakfast even breakfast was included. No wifi proper facility as it was mentioned. Stay bill also was not provided by staff.

Room is decent. Bathroom was very clean. Room is a little run down (needs better maintenance - paint etc)though and could get a moderate smell of cigarette smoke. I had to air the room for a day to get rid of the smell. Only downside of the stay was that smell. It is located next to the bazaar and it's easy to catch ubergo/auto. All in all pleasant stay
