helpless in such conditions. no positive response !!
One person is managing the entire property. No staff!! That single person was unresponsive. Property is under construction this thing has not been mentioned in instructions. other objectionable things were all floor. Bed bugs, dirty rooms, and conditions. Broken bathroom windows and door. stingy room. Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Value for money fo
Overall it was a decent experience, the hotel is just 4 km away from jaipur railway station. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. However, the room itself was average at best. While it was clean, it felt a bit outdated and lacked modern amenities. The bed was comfortable enough, but the furnishings were worn and could use some updating. Additionally, the wi-fi connection was slow and unreliable, which was frustrating. In summary, the hotel is a passable option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay in a convenient location. Don't expect anything fancy, but it serves its purpose for a short stay.

Room was good, spacious, and clean. Although bedding iteams were satisfactory. No complementary water bottle. Although staffs were good

Food and service
This was my first visit to the hotel heera palace. I spend 1 night with them. Service was precious! excellent team, great food, great service. General manager surender choudhary where friendly and pleasant. Simply all the best lovely and clean hotel.
