very very bad experience. Room was not clean , looks like the bedsheet & blanket did not change from a long time.There were crocrockhes running under the washroom. There is no restaurant staff either...Breakfast was not arranged in the morning. Request to hotel owner please notice the customer review also arrenge your hotel staff & maintain good atmosphere and Keep hotel rooms clean

I had a very disappointing stay at Hello Hotel Bhadrak. The room was unhygienic and unclean, and the overall property was poorly maintained. Bathrooms and rooms had white water issues, and even the elevator wasn’t reaching the correct floor. To add to the inconvenience, there was not even a mirror in the room. For the price charged, this hotel is definitely not a good value for money.

Hotel restaurant gives dampening smell and very long Wait time for food. Early morning they cut power supply in the room without inverter or generator and told it is for maintenance purpose. 😔 Who undertakes maintenance work early morning for atleast 3-4 hours ? Lift service is haunting with water leakage like rain inside the lift. And outside there was no rain outside. Overall did not like the hotel

Lift, Room & Corridor smells bad. insects are all over the room no pest control. Found insect in breakfast & in dinner. No hygiene is maintained & electricity goes for 5 - 10 minutes. Amenities are not up to standard. Service is pathetic food ordered at 9:30pm & the delivered at 12am.

it was worst , I have requested the staffs but they didn't cleaned it and the bed sheet was even worst it has too much stain. the bad odour everywhere. totally it wasn't good and felt worthless

Very very bad ambient, the room Was smelling rotten . Safety is zero the locks were not worked ng. Restaurant is substandard. Worst experience in my life.

First of all the room and hotel were quite dirty. The floor of the washroom, table room, cupboard was very dirty, roaches were roaming everywhere. The behaviour of the office staff was also not good.

The hotel is pathetic. The welcome was very cold, and the bedcover given was an used one. The tv didn't work for 2 days. The intercom didn't work the geyser was so st mall that the hot water didn't last for one complete bath. The breakfast was horrible, even asking for coffee was charged. Even if your hunger was not full the word would come out that the next thig would be chargeable. Request for a fresh cover was not given. After repeated request. It came after 3 days of begging as the ac was not powerful, i asked for a light bedcover. The person came for taking dinner order at about 11 pm. As you know the intercom didn't one day after coming back from work. I was made to wait for an hour as the keys were not found. I didn't get my share of the complimentary items unless i asked for. And most of the time they were lesser in number. The dust bin was not cleared for the time i stayed there.

No hygiene, unclean rooms, walls paint has deteriorated and no maintenance of toilet doors, lock broken. In breakfast only two piece bread and omelette that to bread was not toasted. All spoons and glasses not cleaned properly. Rude behaviour ofat reception desk. Lift not working all the time and unsafe. It was a bitter experience in such a high cost of for a single occupancy in a small town of bhadrak. Intercom does work or they don’t pick up all the time. Overall terrible experience

Unhygienic, they charged 2600 but it wasn’t worth it. The bedsheet was so unhygienic and it was my worst experience

Terrible service. Terrible food. Ac wasn't working. Tv wasn't working. Wifi wasn't working. Lift wasn't working. They kept switching off the dg, so the power supply was intermittent. When you go for breakfast, there is nobody to take orders or cater to you. Rude staff, who think they are doing you a favour.
