The hotel crew especially Ashwini in Front Office is very pleasant and courteous in her interactions with guests. The food was indeed well prepared and I was truly happy with the taste, quality and quantity…….. A great stay experienced during my 6 days stay in this place, would like to stay in this hotel again if I visited Belapur once again. Well done, Keep it up

Given this price the room provided was excellent. Staff is friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was nice. Good spread. The location is the advantage.

The hotel location is excellent and convenient. Belapur local railway is just leas than 200m. Complimentary Breakfast is far better than other hotels. 100% recommend. 👍

the check in at hotel was quick. very clean, tidy and sanitised room. attached bathroom was very clean and well maintained. the materials used in the room are of good quality. they even provide a decent breakfast and room service.the amenities provided were almost of 3 star level. overall i had a very comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.

Initially although i have chosen early check in, when arrived at hotel check in denied stating all room were full even though i have contacted hotel one day before and informed about my booking and arrival time. I was in shock and it was bitter situation. I had to approach make my trip customer care to intervention. There was no customer care number available inside app. Had to google it for customer care number. However customer care executive promised to resolve the issue in 15 mins. Better room allotted to me later thanks to hotel administration. My suggestion is unless when early check in doubtful or not feasible please don't confirm booking so that guests face problem while check in. Hotel staff at counter should aware of booking and arrival of guests well in advance. Over all experience is good. Hotel is well maintained. Staffs are polite. Good hospitality. Nice hotel to stay. discontinued pay at hotel option. Please continue it. When booking is not refundable and when booked rooms are not matching with photos shown then there is no alternative options for customer. So better u can ask for non refundable minimum booking charges rather than blocking full amount.
