I was on a business trip then book this hotel as per budget hotel is very nice...limited breakfast options but taste was very good specially amritsari kulcha I tried it first time but it was nice....hygiene 100%

location is excellent near golden temple just 100 steps from golden temple....very clean and comfortable rooms...overall it was a very nice experiance...

this hotel is very good..property is nicely decorated...hotel owner is a very nice person. ...they gave us complimentary room upgrade...near to golden temple and back side of jalianwala bagh..complete view of jalinawlala bagh from room..near and clean washrooms...clean bed sheets...

The bathroom condition was not good the elevator was not working there was an senior citizen with me there were prblm with it. Rest all was fantastic excellent 😁

Hotel is not good and the service is very poor ac and elevtor not working every day they shutdown power ac and geser, washroom is not proper. Hotel is not good

No room service provided and there is alot. Normally basic things like water, soaps, towels are provided by the hotel here you have to purchase everything because they have nothing

I have a poor experience with this hotel, water lekeage in toilets, bed room walls, bedrooms ceiling. Wall walls damaged due to water lekeage, smell in toilet's and rooms, no geyser available, all services are not upto mark, phone doesn't pickup. I never go to this hotel ever.

The bathroom and cleanliness is poor. Hotel staff is average. The lift is also not functional. Main reason why i am giving this hotel a poor rating because of the poor hygiene be it. Bathrooms and overall cumulative. No drinking water available in this property

Room maintenance is very poor. No bath towels in bathroom. We have asked for towels but they lease bother to provide. Lift is not working.

At the night, when i reached for check-in they didn’t gave us the room i have booked a family room actually they have given the room to others before we reached and we are asked to shift to small rooms. After some time, we had been shifted to other family room in some nearby hotel which was not up to the mark as the facilities were not proper electricity problem is common

No chilled water, no electric cattle, no soap in washroom, dirty washroom, spoiled walls, no room service. No food. Overall a terrible experience. Only one thing good about this hotel is that it is close to the golden temple.
