The location of the Hotel Highland is very good. The market area and main points are near. The Hotel Highland takes good care of hygiene all the rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. The food are delicious. we ordered the dinner very late still they help us out and serve us dinner. On safety i wanna say that the Hotel Highland is safe. has good parking lot. and also the staff are very polite and helpful. as we booked standard rooms still the premium rooms are available so they upgrade us with premium rooms free of cost. Wanna thanks Hotel Highland staff as they helped us in the harsh situation of snowfall.

This is a very good property near m. G. Chawlk approx 100. Mtrs. Very very good location good view from our room provided from them Hotel Highland staff and manager is very helpful l and supportive specially a staff namely pankaj is very good boy he always take care of us and present before us at once whenever we need anything, foods are also very good and the owner of this property is a very good person we are find him always a smiling face. So i recommended this property for every one who want a peaceful dalhousie tour i give this property 5 star

I stayed for 2 nights with my family. It was a nice Hotel Highland to stay. Just 200 steps away from gandhi chowk. The location is very nice with car parking. Staff people are very cooperative. Food was good to eat as they have arranged in the restaurant area for us. Only one suggestion is no extra bed for triple sharing, provided me-tress to keep on floor !

I really had a great stay though it was a short one. The service was great and they are really helpful. My train was running late by 13 hours which led to us check-in after midnight but the staff was really considerate about our situation.
It was good, had a nice view and was comfortable.

1. Own parking 2. Very close to gandhi chowk which is the heart of dalhousie 3. Extremely courteous staff 4. Prompt room service 5. Sumptuous food 6. The bathroom had an exhaust (room no 201) which i feel is a must 7. Adequate room size with all electricity sockets working

Very good location. Service is very good. The view from room is excellent. The food preparation is very good yet free breakfast need to bequantified (say if you take pratha & curd, you have to pay for egg/fruit juice). There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The Hotel Highland is located at gandhi chowk which is at walking distance from mall-road market, the Hotel Highland manager and all staff are very nice and the service is absolutely friendly family Hotel Highland, i have had a very good experience.

they charged extra for the heater which was fine but there was no power backup and we couldn't use it for most of our stay. still staff was good.
