The stay was great. The hotel staff was on their toes to serve us. The cleanliness factor of the hotel was good as well. The view from the balcony was splendid.

The stay was comfortable. We booked room with breakfast and dinner. The hotel has great rooms and the food was amazing with amazing view. Best location near mall road staff very courteous best hotel

We booked this hotel just sitting at the reception because we wanted to see the rooms first . But everything was great nice view major thing we got a good parking slot and marvelous food . The staff the location the hospitality level everything was superb Highly recommended 👌

Hotel Highland location is prime. The staff was courteous and followed up our requests. Room has a beautiful valley view. Linen was clean. Overall great stay 😊. stay at the hotel was comfortable. situated on the mall road and have parking area too. rooms were clean.

Room was with great view. The staff are very cooperative and helpful. Overall a great stay. Hot water was available 24 hrs. Rooms are spacious and located at the prime location gandhi chowk.

This is a very good property near m. G. Chawlk approx 100. Mtrs. Very very good location good view from our room provided from them hotel staff and manager is very helpful l and supportive specially a staff namely pankaj is very good boy he always take care of us and present before us at once whenever we need anything, foods are also very good and the owner of this property is a very good person we are find him always a smiling face. So i recommended this property for every one who want a peaceful dalhousie tour i give this property 5 star

The hotel is located at gandhi chowk which is at walking distance from mall-road market, the hotel manager and all staff are very nice and the service is absolutely friendly family hotel, i have had a very good experience.
